Refund & Cancellation Policy – Cybersoft Infotech

At Cybersoft Infotech, our goal is to ensure client satisfaction with our Website Design, Development, and SEO services. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

1. General Refund Conditions

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to cybersoftinfotechus@gmail.com.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 7–10 business days after approval.

2. Project-Based Services (Website Design & Development, SEO Projects)

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund if the project is canceled before any work has started.
  • After Work Has Begun: Partial refunds may be considered, depending on the stage of completion. Work already completed and delivered will be billed accordingly.
  • Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued once final deliverables have been submitted and approved.

3. Ongoing SEO Services (Monthly Packages)

  • SEO subscriptions can be canceled at any time by contacting our support team.
  • Payments already made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
  • Future billing will stop immediately once cancellation is confirmed.

4. Complimentary Technical Support

  • One-time support sessions included with website or SEO projects are non-refundable once delivered.
  • If an issue remains unresolved due to our team’s inability to provide a solution, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

5. Exceptions

  • No refunds will be provided for delays caused by a client’s lack of response, incomplete materials, or inaccurate information.
  • Customized services, consulting hours already consumed, or third-party costs (such as hosting, plugins, or domains) are non-refundable.
