2. Payments & Billing

• All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Invoices must be paid in full before project work begins or before service continuation.
• We accept payments through secure payment gateways only.

3. Delivery of Services

Timelines for delivery will be mutually agreed upon before the start of the project. Delays caused by client’s lack of input, feedback, or approvals will not be considered company responsibility.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy (available on a separate page) applies to all transactions.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and timely project requirements.
• Access credentials provided for IT support must be legitimate and authorized.
• Clients are responsible for backing up their data before engaging our support services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cybersoft Infotech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the rights to the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed. Cybersoft Infotech reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio (excluding confidential projects).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. However, we strive to resolve all disputes amicably with our international clients, including those based in the United States, before pursuing any legal action.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
